The avatar is very fitting re: 9/11.

IMO, PN is the driving force that has the responsibility to address all the items, with DM as the "conduit" back to the USPTO.

I suspected he was involved, posted such "IMO" and DB's RP e-mail confirmed it.

We need to remember that DM has a lein on our IP as part of the contingency contract, and it's one of many stipulations. One would think DM stands to gain in future suits if the patent is approved.

Just connecting the dots....good guess at best.
