Aaahh, but you presume there was ever a long term contract in place. No such contract was ever announced (though all others historically were, even the DivX partnership). I don`t think there was one, only POs to buy digEs. I think that we`re ``in there`` till at least year`s end simply because Wencor couldn`t possibly make any kind of a switch before then.
