The only thing is that RP stated they would never sign an exclusive contract--and your scenerio would be exclusive----if they want to sign other agreements with other OEM--for IFE, Kino--they(OEM`s) probably want to make sure EDIG has access to enough capitol to get things rolling--they dont want to get things going and have us run out of money---believe this has been the problem before---thus the 100mil---and posibly the ``poison pil``
