I asked RP specifically about the " increase in services" last month...here's the response...

Our eVU services include periodic content updates, software/firmware upgrades, hardware maintenance and repair and battery sales. As most of the eVU units currently deployed are out of warranty or will soon be out of warranty, revenue derived from our maintenance and repair services is increasing. Also, we are seeing larger, more periodic content update orders from many of our IFE customers.
