Are you saying ``control`` means all of EDig? All its products, Kino..etc....??? THE MOS????????????? Or just the IFE portion of the business?

If its just the IFE portion then I would have a tendancy to agree that it would be a plus for EDig to cede that control considering how hard Wencor seems is trying to corner the IFE market. It would be nice to ride along...

However if it includes everything EDig has going for it.....THE MOS..... then 2 scenarios come to mind. EDig keeps developing its products, other than IFE, as a wholely owned subsidiary of Wencor, but that would mean Wencor would have to broaden its business to include a highly sophisticated CE business which it is not into now...It`s business is airlines. Would it do that????

OR....once it owned EDig, since that is what this boils down to, would it just encorporate the IFE business into it`s company and treat EDig as its employees, whose only job would be IFE work AND NOTHING ELSE.....

The first scenario is great for you and I, the second sucks....
