Since we have no idea what language was incorporated in the settlement agreements, I would have hoped that future PR potential was included.

We should have asked that a list of any new and all past products utilizing our technology be provided.

In addition, we should have asked for the right to use this information specific to the technology used and the right to use the information in our advertising, PRs, etc.

This would have provided us an opportunity to inform the investment community of our technology capability and it's use in the multitude of products in the CE and other markets.

I doubt that anything along these lines was included as we have seen no indication in any company commuications.

I have asked RP about this matter.
