Your thoughts also are intresting to me because I feel that the IMS takeover by Wencor could be a way to force EDIG to do business with only Wencor.

With Wencor having the TDL from IMS, it might be a requirement by the airlines that this method of content loading be mandatory. If Wencor owns the TDL, then EDIG would only want to work ``WITH`` Wencor.

I would agree with this business relationship as opposed to a form of mereger.

Also I intend to vote all my shares for the company proposals. I have always supported our company and will continue to do so. I think Atul has done an excellent job this past year with the help of both Robert and Fred.

It seems to me that the authority to issue more shares could only be used for a Poisen Pill against any one who might want to own us.

Which by the way includes Microsoft and Intel as well as Wencor.
