This is a minor thing that supports my theory. IF a deal is made for some level of control of EDIG (contingent on shareholder votes permitting a deal), then Wencor can voice a choice. They won`t until something is decided re: the deal I suggest is on the table, because this is their strongest leverage to get what they want out of EDIG. ``Give us the control we (Wencor) want, and you`ll be in the digEsystem``.

The biggest thing to support my theory: in reality, Wencor already has control.

And you could put Panasonic in the mix. IF Wencor had EDIG in its pocket, think a deal would be done with Panasonic? And if a deal were done, Wencor would still capitalize. And if a deal were already done, Wencor would still capitalize (though their current leverage would be greatly deminished).
