SGE the company does not have 33 million shares left in the treasury, all but about 1 million are earmarked for the convertable stock from the friendly investors. The 100 million new shares are for the survival of the company and nothing more. The company is out of money. If the company issues any shares below $.19 the dilution will be massive.
