With the TX 7, we had a Markman date set for I think 2/17/10, with Samsung the last of the group holding out, then walla, done deal...settled.

A Markman WIN would look great on our resume, but whether any of the 16 want to risk such is anyones guess.

It would not surprise me if all 16 caved, but whether that is good in the long run we can argue until we run out of red flags here...lol.
