Lickily, I`m afraid you`re supporting my current thought process with your posts today (a scary thought for you!).

You`re right, we keep thinking ``they can`t do it without us``, only to (historically) be proven wrong at every turn. We are being very naive (especially me, I`m afraid!). And I read: ``EDIG is not a one-trick pony``. Naive again. As far as products with customers, we have one product line and one customer. That`s it, our one known trick, a jump through a very small hoop. Can they do it without us? Hell yes! You honestly think that the engineers who worked out the IMS TDL aren`t capable of mimicing the digE functionality? And maybe with an IMS platform that`ll fit in the Wencor-owned digE box? IMS had studios, or said they did, so that hurdle may not exist. Re-engineer? Time lost? I fear the answers are ``minimal``, and ``minimal``, to have a working system; not as good perhaps, but adequate to get sales, and with TOTAL CONTROL.

So, what I`m getting at here is that Wencor has one heck of a lot of leverage on EDIG after their acquisition of IMS. We`ve also read where Wencor might be after (buy out) an in-seat power supply company. The signals are real loud and clear to me, as I overthink this. TOTAL CONTROL.

People are screaming ``EDIG, get to the table and make a deal with Wencor! Then I`ll vote for your new shares!``. I`m thinking Wencor has put a deal on the table for EDIG consideration, and the shares are what`s needed to make that deal happen. Cart before horse sort of thing if you demand a deal be struck first, before you vote, if the deal is contingent on your vote.

So consider my proposition.... And further consider that I could be wrong in one notion, that being a 50/50 split. They may be demanding TOTAL CONTROL (51%). Like some have said, it`s like a poker game; only we`re dealt 5 cards and Wencor gets to use the rest of the deck. They got us by the short hairs. Do their deal, and remain an entity. Don`t do their deal, and what happens? We`ve been trying to teach that pony some new tricks, but can only really count on it to perform one - jumping through that small hoop. If that hoop is collapsed.....

The conclusions I reached are obvious. Wencor has an obvious desire for control. They now have the leverage (um, control) over EDIG to get what they want. Does EDIG (do we) really have a choice?

Panasonic, Asian OEM, Kiosks - all pipe dreams until something happens (if ever). But look at what`s real and known.

What I haven`t touched on AT ALL is, if my conjecture is correct, what will be the result (for us as shareholders)?

I haven`t even tried to tackle that one yet!

Replies are solicited....

And I KNOW nuttin` (except what is known!)!
