In managing in this fashion the cell on/off issue would be eliminated.....however, IMO, the read back would still be sensory using a distance separation, or no separation. It's still an on /off situation by placement. It might lead to a simpler silicon detail not having to deal with tunneling issues involved in creating trapped election substrates.

They would still have to hold electrons positioned.....how would they do that?
