Thanks Silver ,

We requested these documents so that we could narrow the claims at issue in the case.

- but we still dont have sufficient documents on a very particular topic that relates to claim

4 of 737 patent that we told everybody we have an intent to assert but we need more information

before we do so.

-but on the specific issue of how does the audio data get stored on the flash memory.

We need the details as to how the product works , the technical details , not that consumer can

stick a flash card in the camera and record to the flash card.

What i am saying is they are insufficient for us to do analysis as to whether they infringe claim 4

- and i believe 6 and 7 of the737 patent .
