All I meant by slacking is if you have the feeling to vote NO...you do not have to vote at all...it`s an automatic NO.
Am I understanding the statement correctly ?
I`m not comparing the emotions for Yes or NO of share holders....
I have not given my opinion as to my thoughts on the matter...
