You've got DM currently in the thick of 16 settlements while working its way towards the Markman hearing.

At the same time you have management stating "elements" will be announced that will attract "significant NEW" investor interest this year.

Any or all of these ongoing items could surface at a moments notice, so your view that buying now, at historical lows, with a one year time frame, might be spot on.

I hope the opportunity comes sooner and extends beyond the one year snapshot, but regardless, DM definitely has its wheels in motion, to our advantage.

Also, there are legs beyond the 16 infringers currently in litigation...like 170 plus...hence the window of opportunity beyond the one year perspective.
