LOL... Looks like a fun place! BTW, found a new cut of steak that`s amazingly tender, called ``chuck-eye``. May be hard to find cuz it hasn`t ``caught on`` yet, but check it out (with a nice red cab!). Tip from a BBQ master - grew up in Santa Maria, origin of the tri-tip cut and the Santa Maria Style BBQ (Santa Maria, where they cook anything except child molesters! They just make them simmer for awhile!).
