Let's hope DM can swing a settlenent deal like that with NOKIA...lol

1) $20 million cash settlement

2) Buy $10 million of EDIG shares

3) Pay $2 million quarterly in royalties

Only DM/EDIG know how high that bar has been raised, but we certainly see settlement values well above the $5 million mark, which by itself on average, projects a pps cash value over1.50/share by my guesstimations.

$2/share or higher for EDIG is not unreasonable if DM is successful, imo.
