SanDisk sues Ariz. company in patent fight Aug 19, 2010
Data storage company has sued an Arizona data security firm it says has falsely spread accusations of patent infringement. SanDisk accuses of contacting it and some of its customers with accusations that SanDisk was infringing on a patent. (San Jose Business Journal, CA)
