Well, I for one would not want to be invested in a company that does not have access to capital. That is why companies go public in the first place.
And Wencor`s decision to buy IMS was not something EDIG did to its shareholders. EDIG does not have access to Wencor`s inside business plan and cannot release information on another company`s intentions.
BTW. is a 24% increase of overall revenues a downturn? If so then I hope we have back to back downturns of equal or greater magnitude.
