DM and e.Digital are sharing cost.....as e.Digital is obligated to manage technical efforts at their cost.

Managing this effort at cost is a problem for defendants.

Some of the cost from each side, being a combination legal efforts and technical efforts, are then sub partners of their respective efforts.....which could further reduce cost.
