I am confused on some dates, we have corresponded before on this, but I have heard conflicting information from others, not anyone at e.Digital.

When was the patent submitted?
When was the 1st office action received?
When was the 1st office action replied to?
Have there been further office actions, and if so, a repeat of question 2 and 3?

I realize you cannot provide the exact dates due to company confidential reasons, but something close would be appreciated.
