I have been hoping for that for a long time. But, if you ask a question of either of them, it is pretty much ignored.

Dreams are nice but, if they are just dreams with no substance than I'd prefer not to hear about hem. All it does is give people a false reason to hope. We have had way too much of that on this board.

We have a good reason to hope. Let's focus on that.

I was hoping one (or a few) of the 16 will fold before the Marrkman but, they may wait to see how it turns out. It is now only a short time away (in judicial time that is)

Is the license fee going to be higher after the Markman Hearing? Is that a risk they feel like taking?
