I'm thinking that management experience will be the key to our long term success regardless of our technology capability as doni has enlightened us on several technology fronts.

We lack in many areas when it comes to playing with the 'Big Guys" as you implied.

My suggestion would be to hire some of the top individuals from DM along the path of our patent process. One with management experience, including the legal background as well as technical knowledge as many with the DM team has. The future CEO would require these skills.

In addition we need a strong individual to manage the financial aspect, including cash flow management and contract development.

Fred and a supporting group could then handle Sales and Robert could concentrate of Personnel, Administration, PR and other important activities.

The two key individuals, the CEO and Finance are absolutely necessary and must come from the outside. These can be upper level management from DM in my opinion.
