1st, when the additional shares out actually changed, I don't know as per my comments. Concerning debt owed prior to being dept free, such as the Polis loan activities, I believe the loan arrangement allowed for cash or payment in shares with a base line of 16 cents per. I am not positive about this, but it's close...?

The difference per my update is 7,052,258 if my cheap calculator did not hickup.

At 16 cents that's $1,128,361, so IMO, doubt seriously this is all re-payment of loans, but a mixture of issues, like...well, you guess...lol.

I suspect but do not know, these updates in LII Agora are not posted in real time. EDIG's website shows 285,588,372 as of Oct 2, 2009 as shown in the investor tab.

How shares out change for any reason, when they change and when the company releases the info, and when these 3rd parties make the info available, is a mixed bag. From website to website on most all the PNK/OTCBB stocks the info seldom matches, but is close.

I am no expert on this, thus just reporting what I see, nor do I think the company reports where every share goes?
