The elements need to surface.
If they are in line with my thoughts....they may coincide with this case depending on how negotiations are going.
Perhaps if they come together at the right time it may lead to current defendants making last minute decisions.
IMO, issues are in play regarding the first case.....that will push this case.
The elements are real, or we have all been handed a line.
An element would be some form of contract with one of the first 7, however, I believe elements was the word used.
There is no other way to gain "agnostic " status.
