As a public company, EDIG would be irresponsible to not request an increase the authorized shares of common stock.
They need to have the ability and flexibility to leverage captial as business demands, whether that be to pay the bills or buy out another company.
The first 200 million shares, of which about 175 million have been issued, took a decade or so to distribute. This is merely covering bases and having the company positioned for any unknown situations which may arise in the future.
If KINO gets the nod and EDIG needs money to drive manufacturing, for example, they better have the ability to quickly access capital. Hopefully they will issue as little as possible considering the share price, and hopefully, IF they can get this company into the black, they won`t have to issue much, if any.
