You may be correct as to a ``written exclusivity`` I do not know if there is one or not. However I do know a couple of things: Number one: EDig has stated it has granted APS/Wencor ``exclusivity`` for all airline business.

Number two: EDig has become increasingly astute in business dealings in the past few years. If there was no written agreement on exclusivity then why hasn`t EDig shopped its wares all around town????

It would appear to me a competitor, knowing of an extremely loose relationship between APS/Wencor and EDig, with no legal agreement in place, could hop in that ball game with a sweeter offer. None has...JMO...
