You push your opinion that Wencor ``lacks control`` and is very unhappy with its relationship with EDig thereby creating a scenario (in your mind) that Wencor would/could dump EDig for another tech firm to do IFE for them.
With due respect for the wisdom of my elders I cannot disagree more.
In his email ``Robert Speak`` states: ``WE MAY ELECT TO WORK EXCLUSIVELY WITH COMPANIES ON SPECIFIC VERSIONS OF OUR DVAP; SUCH IS THE CASE WITH APS/WENCOR ON THE CURRENT VERSION OF THE DIGEPLAYER``
Just what part of the word ``EXCLUSIVELY`` is misunderstood here??
EDig has granted APS/WENCOR exclusivity. You cannot interpret anything else from that statement. Therefore Wencor HAS CONTROL>
As I stated previously: When I asked Robert Speak if EDig could/would go after any other airline on its own his reply was very succinct: ``All airline business MUST go through APS``
That`s pretty doggone exclusive to me.
