A year ago a buyback was just not in my mind, it was discussed a little as one of the options "under consideration" when the question was raised at the 2009 SHM, as was dividends for that matter, and we have discussed these topics before.

The comment RP made on these topics of buyback or dividend was "we are keeping all options open." I'm 95% sure that's a direct quote....

10 mln in Aug 09 seemed to me as a figure they could never handle, but not feeling the same way about in now.
