The value would be in the tech....is it notable enough to take it full course in legal issues?

Breaking out of this cage we seem to be doomed is one hellacious problem.

How would you do it?

The path that I would consider might be to pair up with an outfit that details micro-controller considerations, with that, some unnamed company is in the background working for us on that front. Then take a Samuung to the back room legally and cut a deal to purchase my micro-controller offerings with branding.

This whole deal is about micro-controller...not flash memory.

My point is, there is a way out of this cage if you have business savvy and a little fore thought.

What it comes down to, the Samsungs can fight legally on what they feel the out come will be....or they can do business and forget the whole legal issue. Would Samsung care what controller unit they place in there CE? For the case opened Zoran supplied, we have either replaced Zoran, or we are never getting out of the cage.
