Why would anyone partner with us, when they can have full rights to our technology for the cost of a license?

Please do not get angry about the question. It is a fair question that everyone needs to think about.

I would like RP to provide a bit more specificity about this new dangled carrot called 'elements'. We have all been here for a long time. And, I have yet to taste a carrot. But, I do expect a full garden salad once we get a win under our belt.
