Nice analogy doni. It really is evident from reading edigital's response to defendent's initial claim construction brief (doc 302 I believe--thank you Silver!!!) that the defense's story is predicated entirely on raising doubt rather than addressing any serious deficiencies in our patents or how they were rendered. I am confident that a thoughtful and wise judge will in the end have little trouble in wading thru the bs the defense has desperately put together.

I also think when the powers that be read both sides arguments...settlements will be forthcoming for several of the cognescenti on the defense side.
