Will the Jan 2011 Markman date allow the "elements" happen on schedule? It would be nice to know if there are other irons in the fire. It is a full 6 months until the hearing if we make it that far. What if all 16 settle together? Then we start over again round three and another year or so to a Markman date. Some will say " after _ _ years what is another _ _ months or years". I am not a member of that club. Unleash the elements!
