Pacer could come out later about today’s hearing or we might see a time lag (and not know until next week). Regardless, even just the setting of a date certain for the Markman hearing will be a significant milestone and I’ll be thrilled if the date set is anytime within the next 3 months. I think there’s a good chance of that as it seems both sides have been in a rush to get there (what with two-phase discovery and all that). We shall soon see.

Anything else decided today will be icing on our cake... assuming such decisions go our way.
