The court reporter will post the court minutes and I plan on waiting for that. Besides having to take a day of vacation to attend and also fight the Denver traffic, the cost of parking, gas and lunch will put me out nearly $50. I'll post the date of the Markman as soon as it's on PACER.
I will be attending the Markman Hearing though...bank on that.
