Unless EDIG`s management team members are complete idiots, there is an ``out`` for every OEM license. I work with these deals every single day and most on an exclusive level. If the buyer does not perform -- as in buy more stuff than last year or some other set measure -- then there is no exclusive agreement in place. Otherwise, OEM buyers would license and ``bag`` the product to keep the competition from using.
In the real OEM world, EDIG`s only limitations are:
1) a new sugar daddy needed to buy IFE products (obvious)
2) a new name and cosmetics (APS holds the trademark)
I do not think this is the direction EDIG is headed, but I also thought DataPlay could be the Tech Holy Grail and TGE would sell 1,000,000 units of sumpin` and F-10 was in full production...Silly me.
