Of course ``IF`` Wencor ATTEMPTS (if they legally can) to change the terms of the deal and are successful, then EDIG IS FREE TO SELL THEIR VERSION OF THE DIGEPLAYER (under a new name of course) to whatever airline, or company who wishes to sell IFE devices to airline.

I personally don`t think Wencor`s business plan would even contemplate that scenario....Why create, when there is absolutely no reason to do so, a formidable competitor for their IFE product when they are trying to buy up all the competitors now for some imagined reason, such as ``control``

If Wencor cuts EDig loose, THEY LOSE CONTROL, NOT GAIN IT.
