Exclusivity.....If I recall correctly APS WAS GIVEN exclusivity for the AIRLINE INDUSTRY. ONLY FOR THAT INDUSTRY. I distinctly remember ``Robert Speak`` stating that all airline business regarding the DP HAD TO GO THRU APS.

To me that`s exclusive.........

Now if you are talking Kiosks, Hotels...etc....EDig is free to make their owns deals...

That exclusivity still holds true for Wencor and their purchase of APS....Nothing is changed there....

I, for one, find it quite irresponsible to suggest that Wencor is worried about EDig making a deal with another IFE supplier to any other airline....EDig CANNOT DO THAT with its contract with APS/Wencor.
