EDIG and APS developed the digEsystem before Wencor decided to own APS. I am fairly confident that EDIG would have something proprietary as part of the digEsystem, whether that was hardware encryption tech or proprietary networking technology for supporting content downloading to multiple devices...or some other microOS related technology.

However, the fact that EDIG does not address the digEsystem, probably at Wencor`s request, makes me wonder.

Likely Wencor had been planning this IMS takeover for some time and hence the ``permission`` statement by EDIG, whereby EDIG was aware and respecting Wencor`s need to do this quietly in light of the competitive markets.

If EDIG is to outperform last fiscal years results, as Atul expects, and revenues in `06 IFE are to grow from `05, all I can say is that the Kino/kiosk developments must be hair raising.

Let`s hope this is the real deal with no 3rd party glitches.

I think Atul has played his cards next to the vest all year and delivered without going over the top. I hope his ``BEYOND IFE`` market is what he expects it to be.

That, together with a growing IFE market will make next year the corner that we have been waiting to turn.
