Pellegrini is a hustler. IMO he knew IMS was screwed long term and IMO HE may have contacted Wencor and helped put the deal together. Wencor gets the TDL and Pellegrini, a well known person in the industry. Pellegrini gets to keep his name up front and in the mix and he doesn`t become known as the CEO of a failing company. He gets another shot at coming out on top.

What does that mean for us? Don`t have a clue. LOL I do know RP said Wencor knew everything about APS and e.Digital so the speculation that Wencor was surprised, PO` d, etc IMO is BS.

All of the correspondence from RP states they are waiting for Wencor`s approval before they can speak/issue a pr. Could be because something is up, could be they are whistling past the graveyard and do not want to further upset Wencor after all the shareholders beating up on their phone reps. LOL.
