I know I mentioned this awhile back... it bears repeating one more time IMO.
Either ALL 16 companies settle (probably within no more than 4 months),
OR...
We have a Markman hearing AND a decision by the court (probably by the end of the year).
Either way,
VERY SIGNIFICANT event(s) loom large. You just can’t help but be excited about EDIG these days. I sure hope it’s catching.
