SS..Thank you for all your help....since I have zero knowledge in Markman, I actually have more than several attorneys that I have spoken to lately.

Anyone, with some understanding on this, that would care to voice a ratio as to the court setting a date on July 30,2010.

Court date will be set....80/40%....90/10%....30/70%..10/90% (this being the one I like).
