We are expecting Pacer news today.

Fun meaning, we may learn more as to what is in store between now and July 30 when the Markman hearing date is set. There is always a possiblity settlements could be reached before July, if any of the defendants brake ranks.

Imation is not a party to the extension...that's my understanding, but we don't know why, other than the speculation that they are reaching a settlement.

As usual, it's anyone's guess.
