AMEN....I know from the mouth of ``Robert Speak`` on a couple of occasions that EDig does own EVERYTHING inside the DP. So does everyone on this board. In one of my last conversations with ``Robert Speak`` he informed me that EDig had been bitten on the butt too often by customers (potential or real) taking advantage of EDig`s eagerness to do business. He said ALL the legalities were done UPFRONT. EDig no longer relies on the decency of its customers.

All orders MUST be accompanied by a 50% deposit or the order is NOT filled. All tech work is paid in advance or??? And all contracts that include the use of EDig`s core technology is exclusive.....To be used ONLY by the customer for the purpose of the contract.

So it just stands to reason that if Wencor wishes to manufacture the DP by itself, eliminating EDig in that part of the process then Wencor will have to do one of two things. If it is to retain the Digeplayer as constituted it WILL HAVE TO PAY EDIG LICENSING FEES OR ROYALTIES...OR WHATEVER. If Wencor does not reimburse EDig for use of its technology then Wencor will be unable to use that technology, thereby creating a device, called a Digeplayer but NOT a Digeplayer.

I then agree at that point EDig would be able to go out on its own, with a VERY FIRM FOUNDATION LAID, to the airline community, stating the facts and telling them what they are purchasing from Wencor would be the VERY VERY FAMOUS, SOUGHT AFTER, TECHNOLOGICAL MARVEL... WIDELY SUCCESSFUL...THE PEA... and that EDig is the creator of the original DP that at least 13 airlines are using right now with great success.

Pretty good selling points...huh....

Which gets us to the bottom line....COULD WENCOR BE THATS STUPID???
