This will be an initiative to greatly strengthen the initiatives started by both Wencor and IMS. The joint entity intends to continue to evolve its market leading position in portable IFE, while concurrently launching the DigEsystem, or its equivalent. We firmly believe there is a strong market for a more affordable, more reliable inseat IFE solution. IMS’s position as a leading wireless solutions provider is a perfect complement to the inseat vision, which will rely on wireless to download content to the seatback solutions.

Overall, the IMS/Wencor fit is very good. We look forward to offering the airline community additional IFE choices.
