hmmmm - if you did it while the were playing accessing data via HD I don't think either would fair-well.

remember some of the mp3 OEMs putting the drop-detector mechanism in the units to stop the HD if infall.

but the evu does most definitly looks healthier, sturdier/thicker and tight.
