All you ``Doubting Thomases`` please think of what you are saying about Wencor being ``screwed`` by EDig on the cost of the manufacturing of the DP and wanting to ``throw Edig under the bus`` to ``do it all`` themselves...
An airline does business with Wencor because, among other things`` it has to MAKE ONE CALL to get a part. That airline doesn`t call Mr. Propeller for a propeller or Mr Airline Windshiel for a windshield for its 747, it makes one call to its supplier of everything (almost I will admit).
Are you saying now that Wencor wants to make a call to its manufacturer of IFE`s, call EDig for engineering, etc....and EDig STILL OWNS EVERYTHING INSIDE THE DP....
I just don`t buy it...
