SRAM and DRAM unit volume used to be equal in size, but as a result of DRAM being cheaper with a larger memory size, its current market size is about 10X the size of SRAM memory (even though SRAM is faster)."
SRAM and DRAM should not be compared....they are entirely different.
SRAM is a transistor based consideration not requiring refresh cycles....DRAM is a capacitor based consideration requiring refresh.
As for the NAND vs. NOR issues....we were on top of that from the beginning.
The difference is why we are here
