Just did patent searches for Boyer (nuttin`) and Aircraft Protective Systems. Found three under the latter, one having to do with the card swipe device, and two having to do with the digE. ALL are for outside appearance of the device only (``The ornamental design for ....``). No tech patented yet. That`s not to say that more patents under that name aren`t pending. But you`d think that if these (less consequential) patents are in place, any others would be as well.
