You have to wonder if WENCOR`s parent company wouldn`t spin off WENCOR at some point, still holding a majority stake but letting them further expand into that embedded IFE space. Now that they have engineering connections to compliment the rest of their business and now that IFE is being recognized as a ``hot`` property, there is opportunity here to create a really solid company.

The parent company could do quite well with that scenario and still hold a majority stake. EDIG could fit into that scenario with its public status...I could see a stock swap and a reissuing of shares of the new company(WenIMSdig)...lol.

This is nothing more than chat room banter but the idea of a buy out was batted around last year and look what happened.

You just never know. What is to become of Boyer and now Pelligrini?

``Also to be clarified are the future roles of present IMS CEO Alan Pellegrini and APS founder Bill Boyer. Under the new structure, current IMS chairman Joe Renton will be CEO, with Wencor CEO Brent Wood acting as chairman of the combined operation.``

They are shaking things up, that is for certain.
